Founder of the Studio Gebbia Bortolotto Penalisti Associati law firm in 2011, specialised in the field of criminal law and, in particular, the field of corporate criminal law (Legislative Decree 81/08, Legislative Decree 152/06, Legislative Decree 231/01).
Consultant, in the aforementioned subjects, for various national companies and international groups operating in various sectors of the market (energy, petrochemical, financial, infrastructure, etc.).
In lawsuits he has defended numerous directors and managers in well-known criminal cases for crimes committed in violation of regulations on occupational health and safety, the environment and against public safety. He has also participated, as the defence lawyer, in numerous cases for crimes against property, against public faith and against trade, corporate and city planning.
He has collaborated with public entities, providing consultancy services on the management of excavated earth and rock and preparing the guidelines.
In 2000 he was made partner of the Studio Lageard Associazione Professionale law firm, with which he had been collaborating since 1991.
He has taught at the Polytechnic University of Turin II Faculty – Energy Engineering; at the School of Business Administration of Turin and at courses and conferences on environmental law and on the subject of labour criminal law.
He is the author of numerous publications and speaker at conferences and seminars in the fields of environmental law and safety in the workplace.
