She obtained her licence to practice law in the district of the Court of Appeal of Turin in October 2015. That same year she obtained a 2nd level Master from the “Bruno Caccia e Fulvio Croce” Specialisation School for Legal Professionals with a thesis on Environmental Disaster.

Over the course of her professional activity she has gained considerable experience in company criminal lawsuits, as the defence lawyer in numerous cases of waste management, asbestos-related diseases and crimes against the public administration, also in relation to the liability of Businesses and Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. She has also gained specific legal skills in relation to cases of medical liability, tax crimes and crimes against socially vulnerable groups.

In relation to her extrajudicial activities, she provides consultation mainly in relation to administrative liability of entities for offences (Legislative Decree 231/2001), prevention measures against corruption and for the transparency of the Public Entities and Subsidiaries. She has also gained significant experience in relation to the implementation of Tax Control Frameworks.

She also teaches company training courses on the topics of Legislative Decree 231/2001, Law 190/2012 and Legislative Decree 81/2008. She is also the author of publications on environmental crimes and crimes in the field of State-Owned Enterprises.

She is member of the board and an external consultant of numerous Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
