She obtained her licence to practice law from the Court of Appeal of Bologna in 2007 and as a Civil Mediator in 2012.

She performs duties as a Privacy Consultant and as a Data Protection Officer for Companies operating in the sales and financial sector.
She is the supervisor for company and professional training courses on Privacy and data security.
She is a lecturer at the European School of Banking Management.
She has published various contributions and articles on Personal Data Processing.
