Founder of the Studio Gebbia Bortolotto Penalisti Associati law firm in 2011, specialised in the field of criminal law and, in particular: systems of governance and compliance with reference to implications relative to responsibilities deriving from Legislative Decree 231/01, crimes against the Public Administration, Legislative Decree 81/08 Consolidated Law on Occupational Health and Safety, Legislative Decree 152/06 Consolidated Law on the Environment.
Consultant, in the aforementioned subjects, for various national companies and multinationals as well as trade associations, for both legal defence as well as extrajudicial consulting service, with special focus on themes pertaining to environmental law and labour criminal law.
Member and external consultant of various supervisory bodies (pursuant to art. 6 letter b of Legislative Decree 231/01) of major Italian companies and international Groups.
Since 1998 he has collaborated with the Lageard Law Firm, providing judicial and extrajudicial consultancy in industrial criminal law.
Accredited teacher at the Scuola Superiore di Magistratura [School for the Judiciary] on the topic of the administrative liability of entities and Legislative Decree 231/2001.
