In 2016 she was made partner at the Studio Gebbia Bortolotto Penalisti Associati law firm, with which she had been collaborating since 2011 after an initial experience at the Lageard firm in Turin.
She has gained significant experience in the management of criminal matters related to criminal law issues and, in particular, corporate criminal law (Legislative Decree 81/08, Legislative Decree 152/06, Legislative Decree 231/01) and is a consultant for various national and multinational companies in the aforementioned matters.
She has participated, as the defence lawyer, in numerous trials for crimes committed in violation of the rules for the protection of occupational health and safety, environmental laws and against public safety, also with reference to the implications connected with the liability system pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
She advises supervisory bodies, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, for auditing and control activities on the effective application of organisational models and the relative procedures for major Italian companies and industrial groups.
She is the author of numerous publications and speaker at conferences and seminars in the fields of environmental law, safety in the workplace and personal data protection.
